365 Days of Shakespeare

That's right – the Bard in a year.

187. SHAKESPEARE VIDEO GAME.

Okay. I know my 23rd birthday isn’t for a while, but if anyone is curious what to get me, here’s one thing that would make my day: a Hamlet video game.

According to the description, “Each of Hamlet’s 25 levels boast unique and challenging logic puzzles, colorful and eye-catching artwork, and abundant humor that puts a surreal spin on the Shakespearean source material. Drawing from traditional adventure game conventions, Hamlet is a thinking man’s (and woman’s) game, with each level ending in a puzzling face-off with characters from the original play-unique ‘boss battles’ that can only be won by players who rely on their wits, not their swords.”

If you’re curious about what it’s really like, check out this trailer.

I have to say, it looks weird and wacky and fun…and I am totally on board.
